This is nothing new. He wears heel lifts to make him appear taller, but all they do is make him lean farther forward than his posture can compensate for.

I can be…but, you’d expect he would also be displaying all kinds of other signs of physical impairment, if it was. Shaky hands, mumbling speech, shuffling gait.
Don’t get me wrong, there’s definitely something wrong with his brain, but he’s had this “tilt” issue for years.
