When I was a kid I took a bite out of a Hot Pocket pizza and the cheese from the bit I swallowed was still connected to the whole. I almost choked as I couldn’t fully swallow it and I was home alone. But I focused my breathing and then managed to slowly pull the piece back up through my esophagus by using the cheese.

    I did not enjoy that.

Happens to me every other time eating Pizza…

Staying calm and focusing on breathing is exactly the right thing to do. Or, you know, eating slowly and not half-assing the bites… 🙈

Damn, dude. I’m not trying to judge you but that’s way too often.

I won’t eat cheese sticks as that happened to me on three separate occasions. Choking is an unpleasant feeling. Which is a really unfortunate thing as I love cheese sticks.

I had to go demonstrate what you’re saying, and yes, 100% possible, but impressively bad situational awareness for sure. The science has been done, thank you for this hypothesis.

So real talk, was this guy trying to wipe with his pants UP? I’m desperately trying to figure out how you’d do this unintentionally.

It’s not impossible, if the paper roll unrolled until it almost reached the floor, and it sat inside the shorts/trousers, you could get them up with the paper stuck inside. Obviously, being old helps on the lack of awareness of the situation.
