Mine sadly didnt have anything. At all.
I had hoped to at least have something I could wipe but it was already clean. It’s all about a personalised experience guys, making our service more personal to you through a personalised experience that is more personal
We just want to get to know you!
Honestly kinda bummed I can’t get into my account anymore cause this has made me curious.
I made sure to delete the info they had for my account. There wasn’t anything unusual they had listed, but also, if they want any of my personal information, they can ask me for it, name what they’re willing to pay me, and we can negotiate from there.
FARRRRRT
Well well well, lookie here, it’s Sir FartsALot
This was no joke the verbatim name of a comic I made in elementary school
I don’t know whether to be disappointed or relieved.
All Amazon seems to know is that I build high-end computers and have a specific model of TV … because I bought computer parts and a TV from Amazon. The only slightly funny thing is that for some reason they think I have an X-box? Oh … wait … just realized. Also bought an xbox-style game controller for my gaming PC.
So … yeah. Either Amazon is rushing to clean this shit up before people see it, or I’ve just been good enough with online privacy that Amazon’s only information about me comes from actual Amazon purchases.
This was my first response. Congrats on keeping a history of what I buy.
Every new “feature” I see from Amazon makes me so glad I decided to wean myself off Amazon a couple years ago
I rather give China my money directly rather than through the middle man.
AliExpress for the win even with the customs tax (3€ per group).
Have you tried farting less? I’m just joking. Please don’t be upset.
CANT HEAR YOU OVER ALL THE FARTING!
He farts harder when he’s upset.
Mine shows nothing. I don’t use Amazon much in the last few years, but I used to use it a lot. I have never used an Alexa or other assistant things they have. Get the feeling this data is mostly collected through Alexa and other AI things they offer, and not how you actually shop.
Mine knew what kind of batteries I liked and that I have a garage.
Good luck making money off that.
I think they buy data from other stores. A buddy bought a bunch of craft supplies in person at a store and “bulk arts and crafts” showed up on his amazon thing shortly after
As someone who doesn’t use Alexa or any of their surveillance tech, they will put this information together from purchase history.
Is this a US thing? I just requested my entire advertiser profile from Amazon in Canada, and I don’t see any of these statements, just who bought my profile and the topics I am associated with (like “Automotive”).
