We’re little g gods, not a big G God; sons (reflections) — princes of the Most High (Psalms 82). We’re not all knowing. As humans, our knowledge of the experience is forever confined to us as individuals — our vision forever short-sighted and our judgement eternally impaired. Subsequently, there will always be people (like me) who’s experiences in life leave them naive (ignorant; blind) to the value and potential of virtue, thus, the teaching of people like Jesus.

“Happy the poor in spirit — because theirs is the kingdom [reign] of the heavens.” - Matt 5:3

Consequently, there will always be people (like me) foolish enough to allow their pride, arrogance, and self-assurance to blind them, to the point where two plus two no longer equals what reason screams at us in our hearts what the solution absolutely is, but what other blind people emphatically say it is.

“…seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.” - Matt 13:13

“Let them alone; they are blind guides. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.'” - Matt 15:13
