Was Mox always meant to lose that match or did they change it based on the concussion?

From what I’ve seen based on comments here/Reddit/news sites, I assume Mox was meant to win. Seems when Rey drove Mox down, Mox’s head hit and that’s when he got concussed. When Rey pinned him, he told Knox to make the count and Knox didn’t (then Mox yelled “Fuck you” to him) and then I assume Mox called an audible and told Rey to do it again (in which it looks like he hit his head again lmao) and then Knox was smart enough to clue in to make the fuckin’ count.

Seems like it was (in my own casual armchair reviewing) probably just a bad idea of a move to do, since Mox is bigger and heavier than Rey, and Rey gives less of a buffer on the move to avoid injury.

We’ll probably see a video from Stevie next week on it lol.

Edit: Nix this, per WON it happened earlier in the match.

While it really sucks that Mox got hurt, it also shows a lot of sportsmanship from him. Putting Fenix over was the right decision. I bet that Mox didn’t knew how bad or not bad he was injured, but still called the audible to put the belt on Fenix.

I hope he recovers quickly to give us a run with the International Championship belt that is worthy as the Orange Cassidy run.

He looked out of it after Rey’s dive from the ramp in the beginning of the match.
