Does anyone have experience using the Fairphone 4 in the US? What carrier do you use? I’m thinking about getting one, however I use Verizon and I think I might have to switch to something else.

I’ve got the fairphone 3+ running /e/ os and T-Mobile is the carrier. It works pretty well and I don’t have many complaints. Keep in mind that the FP 3+ only connects to 3G and 4G networks while I believe the FP 4 connects to 4G and 5G networks so I don’t have any experience using 5G. I’m sure it would be fine unless you have any specific reason to doubt that Verizon would work.

I have never used a Fairphone, but there were leaks about a Fairphone 5 coming out, so keep that in mind

If you bought it from some 3rd party resellers or second hand you could possibly import it to US.

You can find some answers on Fairphone’s support website & forums.

Since it’s not certified they can’t legally send it outside of EU. More info about it here, resellers for 4, resellers for 3 & forum answer & here (EU approved countries).

More info on internationally approved resellers here & here (needs translation).

& some possible alternatives would be teracube & shiftphone.
