It may be delicious but I can’t understand this obsession with bigger than the mouth opening sandwiches that is overflowing. Where the floor would likely be eating the majority of your sandwich more than you.

That meat was a bit on the thick side, I’m used to thin slices layered on top of each other to the point that it becomes thick. That said, I would eat that sandwich like a starving man. It probably tastes delicious.
So, while looking up what a Reuben with sourdough is called, apparently some guy on youtube took a month to make a Reuben from scratch. Idk what to do with this knowledge so I’m posting it here because Reubens are fucking delicious
Deli corned beef shouldn’t be thick cut, it’s going to be a workout chewing through all that!
That is not a Reuben. It’s similar, but not the same thing.
Its like hes never actually heard of, seen, read about, or heard tale of, an actual reuben sandwich.
