Im kinda new on programming, and always i try to do a project, it ends up full of bugs and the code ends up being a mess, so i wonder, how i should start a project

Try putting in fewer bugs and not making a mess.
Or start out with a design plan, then write some tests.
It’s also super normal for your first projects to be terrible, just like with learning anything else.
