It’s still year over year. Meaning the inflation is “only” 4.3% higher than the inflation last year. Still high if you ask me.
If you couldn’t afford something last year around this time, it’s now on average 4.3% more expensive.
There is always going to be inflation of some sort.
Only because of the billionaires hoarding every penny like a dragon is why it’s hitting harder for the average person. Inflation is going to be there. But not because we can afford more.
Inflation isn’t caused by billionaires.
And 4.3% above the wage increase.
Yay!
This is great news. I’m still bearish on inflation but everything is going in the right direction.
