Yeah, I’m gonna play that instead. Been looking forward to it for months. I loved Limbo and Inside, so anything even tangentially related to those games is an instant buy in my book.

Playing lies of P and highly recommend it if you like soulsbourne games. Combat is a mix of bloodborne’s aggression and sekiro’s block mechanics. You really can’t viably play with a dodge focus, at least until after mid game (where I currently am ) but if this description sounds good to you I would pick it up without hesitation.
Haven’t played many soulsborne games, but I am interested in them, and Lies of P is looking very interesting.

Continuing Dragon Quest XI. I also downloaded World War Z a few nights ago so I’ll check that out.
How far along are you? My playthrough is paused right now, but I just cleared the snow area, if that means anything to you.
I reached Lonalulu and got the orb. The boss was crazy. I don’t want to grind and overlevel my party but if the bosses are like this moving forward, I think I might have to. 4 turns in a row, that’s a bit much.
Yeah, that was one of the tough one. Took manual control of whole party, with Serena completely on healing duty made me survive that.
I don’t think I have come across anything close it since then. But I still have lots of game left. I have just collected all the orbs, but haven’t done anything after that.
I kill every monster in any new area, but ignore most of them in any area I have been through before. Also, craft or get the most powerful equipment for all party members.
Yeah, I definitely need better gear. I only have two that’s fully decked out and the others just have whatever equipment I found.
I ended up needing to use one of my pep pops and use the pep power that buffs up the whole party. It made the fight a lot more fair but I can’t always depend on that.
Fun game tho, I’ll be finishing this one for sure.
I’m currently rotating between mk1, rocket league and fortnite. if I get time, I’ll dive into Diablo 4 or nomanssky but I usually just get quick bite size chunks of gametime.
How are you liking MK1?
well it is a decent fighting game. I was a teen when the original came out, so I’ve played some /most of the series. I liked their rebooted story. it’s not the end all be all but it’s decent.
i have not done any of the online play so I can’t comment on that.
i think they went more 2d and added a helper.
i wish the super moves didn’t have to wait until you were almost dead.
Hmm… I think the previous MK was same with super moves, right? Haven’t played that in a little while, but I know it’s like that in Tekken 7.
Have you played their single-player mode, the one that’s supposed to be somewhat like a board game, how is that?
I missed 11 because I had X/XL so don’t know.
i have only finished the story mode to get Havik unlocked. I’ve played a few local 1v1s against family but that’s about it. Haven’t seen other parts of it.

I am not much of a MK player, but have played the story mode of X and 11, as they were available on Extra. From what I recall, in 11 when your HP got really low, it flashed red, and you could use super move with one button.
I could be wrong though, and mixing it with Tekken 7 which I played recently and has that exact same thing.

Well, I don’t have my PS5 for few days. So, won’t be playing anything this week, but before that, I have been playing Ghost of Tsushima and Demon’s Souls Remake. I originally played Demon’s Souls on PS3, but never finished it. So, going back to play that and hopefully end it this time.
