    Honestly, what’s the difference between doing this and being an actual landlord? Doesn’t feel like the landlord should have any right to complain as long as the rent gets paid. He’s just mad that someone else is doing the same thing he is.

      There can be rules about subletting on the lease, as well, the renter abusing the system for ABNB is likely to not be doing any vetting of renters.

    AirBnB should not be allowed in existing buildings. If you want to rent as airbnb then build a new building for it.

    This landlord is an idiot. Regulate these bnb companies and hes going to lose 50% of his home equity. The “no teeth for anything” comment is beautiful. You just wait for the teeth boy.
