Eh, this may apply for major things, but I’ve always found experience to be the best teacher for most of my day-to-day DIYs. There’s nothing that YouTube can’t teach you to do good enough and part of the fun comes from developing creative solutions from having the “wrong” tools.

So what you are saying is you will watch someone who has done it before, do it once, and then learn? Sounds good to me.
