    You know they had to add the $200 fine afterwards because the instant death part wasn’t enough of a deterrent for some people.

    $200 fine for TRYING to touch the wires. If they catch you.

    IF you do make it all the way to the wires, it’s a self-solving problem.

      They very well might just bill your next of kin about it. Or it will be taken out of estate value first.

      If you’re broke, die, and have no immediate family? You get out scot free.

    They should put up a gate around it that doesn’t open until you pay the $200 fine to insure that they get the fine before the death happens

      Maybe it’s Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia? They would be using Australian dollars, with $ as the currency symbol.
