This is my first time using Polycast filament, and it prints with PLA settings. It works great for the first 90% then barely extrudes anything at the very end no matter what I print. Sorry it’s transparent so it’s hard to see.

I’m not familiar with Polycast. Is it supposed to look the way it looks in your picture? You say it works great for the first 90%, but it looks underextruded the whole way up to me. I’d start by increasing your temp by 5 to 10 degrees. Also play with your retraction settings - having your retract distance too high can lead to clogs after printing for a while.

It would be easier if you gave us more info about your setup like what printer you have, print temp, speed, retraction settings etc

First step for every new fillament is tuning temp and flow. I found polymaker policast on google. It says 190-220 °C print temp, and there are also retraction settings. Following recommendations is always a good start and to be more “safe” from clogs start with higher temp and lower retraction distance. It will cause more stringing and oozing, but you can easily tune that later in small steps.

From the picture no one can tell what the problem is exactly. Assuming your can print other matterials I guess its a clog but it can be many things like extruder grinding or fillament snaped or faulty wire etc.
