… and (for my taste) those almond flavored (Chinese?) cookies, the best are. Maybe Yoda (from Star Wars) agree would.

I think if anyone could actually tell what you’re saying, it might be possible to tell if your opinion is unpopular or not.

I’ll agree that Oreos in North America taste like shit. They have so much sugar in them, even the cookie part, that they actively make my teeth hurt.

Here in China the formula is changed. The filling is pretty much the same, but the cookie part has a whole lot less sugar in it, giving it a flavour that I can actually enjoy. (I don’t eat them often because there’s many far better things to eat, but every so often I’ll grab a pack of Oreos…something I never did in Canada.)

… very strange comment, out of the blue … while this post was very old and not related to The taste of Oreo cookies that is the subject of my post … so I search in the MODLOG and history of accounts and I found that the commenter here has been banned for personal attack and for spam … here is one of the treads :

I remember the first (and last) time I ate an Oreo when I was barely out of my teens. My first thought was, “Americans actually like this shit?”
