Why should Texas be allowed to break the law?

I thought Republicans were all about “law and order?”

Oh, that’s right: the rules don’t apply to the GOP.

Abbot is a pissbaby who is trying so hard to be “cool” like the other fascists, but he’ll always just be a little pissbaby.

What law forbids the state from putting up walls where it needs to be?

And here I thought conservatives “did their own research.”

        Oh, right.

That “research” stops when they find an answer they like.

And nobody said anything about a wall.

            I’m not your tutor.

            Figure it out.

            Unless it’s beyond your capabilities?

Jesus, the conservative sense of entitlement wears real thin.

You’re the one making the claim, not me. Back up your claim with evidence.

              Figure it out.

Did you have to chatGPT that comeback?

Could have done with a few more iterations.

Nah, I just didn’t feel like putting in effort. Seemed appropriate, replying to someone making a claim without providing evidence, and calling others lazy for not bothering to do their work for them.

Edit: maybe lazy wasn’t the best word. Calling in question capabilities? Either way, lazy name calling.

Razor wire and walls are two different things.

The razor wire has reportedly injured migrants as they have tried to cross the southern border in locations like Brownsville and Eagle Pass on the Rio Grande. In some cases, federal agents have had to cut the wire to free to the migrants caught in it, according to The Associated Press.

Boo hoo, that poor poor razor wire getting hurt on the people it’s entangled.

No I’m not. ZombiePirate made that claim, not me.

I have no idea what authority said federal agents are using aside from getting people unstuck from razor wire.

That’s plenty of justification to cut the wire. Do you expect to instead cut off people’s skin and limbs to protect the wire? Is that were your priorities lie?

From some additional reading, it seems the wire isn’t just being randomly cut by federal agents, but being cut to free migrants who have been caught up in the wire and can’t get out.

Would texans prefer corpses strewn across their razor wire border, rotting in the sun?

Important bit: “By cutting Texas’s concertina wire, the federal government has not only illegally destroyed property owned by the State of Texas; it has also disrupted the State’s border security efforts, leaving gaps in Texas’s border barriers and damaging Texas’s ability to effectively deter illegal entry into its territory,” the complaint stated.

The wire is being put up illegally. If they don’t want it cut don’t put it up where they legally can’t.

You not understanding the law doesnt stop it being illegal. I’m not here to educate you either, I don’t have the patience.
