Just because there are jobs listed doesn’t mean they are actually available. If they are awful jobs (i.e. low pay, horrible work conditions, etc.) Then it is basically the same as them not being available.
That’s a very fair point.
But they aren’t good jobs, and the ones that are aren’t accepting real applicants at all.
