I think the official English version is actually United Mexican States.
EEUU makes sense when there’s also an EU.
In Spanish, plurality in abbreviations is denoted by doubling up the letters; so (United States) Estados Unidos -> EEUU

I love the show, it’s so great. My son and I grew apart a bit when I was in grad school, but we’re making up lost ground. Parents should always make a big effort to be involved with their kids, and I wish I did more 2 years ago, but I’m doing my best now.
