There are some works of fiction that seem to be eternally relevant, like Orwell’s 1984 and Animal Farm. I include Idiocracy on that list and it really needs to be part of the education system.
I’ve planned to make it a tradition of watching Idiocracy every 4th of July. It only seems right to watch it as a cautionary tale and reminder.
As recent events show here in the UK, it is an global importance too.
Great movie if you want to laugh and cry at the same time.
The only thing they forgot to include in this documentary was climate change.
