She’s not saying that’s all that needs to happen, or even that it’s going to help. It’s just something to try to recenter.
Look, no one is saying you can’t stand on the side of the road eating a banana. We’re just saying you should take a bite of it from time to time.
I often saw posts from leaves in that subreddit where they’re on their usual spot outside showing a banana (for scale, lol) instead. To me this post feels like nearest middle-class moms come to recommending to have a smoke outside.
