To make such a test, I would block one of your usernames (accounts) from my side.
I’ve had that problem on occasion, with no apparent pattern to which posts it affects. But next time it happens, try explicitly choosing a language for your comment. Seems to fix it most of the time although again I have no idea why.
Doesn’t that make the post invisible to most people?
I’m hopeful that by now the “you should select undetermined PLUS whatever languages you speak” message has filtered out to enough people about their account settings, but you’re probably right that there are a lot of people who don’t realise and are missing out on a ton of content.
The whole Star Trek instance had been limited to “undetermined” until today, for a start.
I did that for my last two messages and I’m seeing engagement on none of them.
Now I’m unable to even select a language.
It seems to happen with me too at random.
