I don’t trust nursing homes to not beat the elderly, so I’m def gonna go the hispanic route of building a back house for my parents. With a nurse for when they’re really really old.
I like that, but man… I wish I could still have a backyard too.
They’re getting a studio 😅, no need to make a whole second house back there.
Denser housing, its not hard. Just do it. We need dense ass residential zoning.
