I don’t follow real estate in all of Oakland but I think it is on the pricey side. I not familiar with that area but being between Piedmont and Berkeley it sounds about right.

53·2 years agoI’ve recently read it isn’t going so well for them. People aren’t being diverted to rehab as much anymore. The country is attracting addicts that want to get high with no repercussions.

I don’t even want to try to guess the price if it is on BaT.
I’ve got three dogs and get it. One dog is very old and needs special attention. Another is very young needing different attention.
When there is something wrong in my head their normal stuff annoys me. I try to remember they are being normal and it is I that is different.
This has been an ongoing issue for her but it usually gets hushed up.

I have a 99 Subaru. The clear coat is about 1/3 gone and continuing to peel off. Rust is not a big concern in my area.
If I was to anything about I’d grab another hood in the same color from the junk yard. I know one of the local yards (https://www.picknpull.com) currently has a potential candidate I can pickup for $65. I’ve used the same yard to pickup various bits & pieces previously.
