My prediction, Wanda’s “death” frees Agatha from the spell. Agatha powerless and wants revenge. She looks for the Darkhold, but it doesn’t exist. She reaches out/finds other magical people. Darkhold is gone. Learns some new magic. Darkhold reaches out to her. Magic shenanigans. Agatha finds Wanda instead. Wanda trapped. Agatha realizes Wanda is better than the Darkhold. Team up.
Problem with that theory is that all of Wanda’s saving happens out of movies, which I think they’re trying to avoid now.
Otherwise a solid prediction.
Perhaps the series just ends with Agatha finding Wanda and offering to help her return. They can talk but Wanda is trapped somewhere.
Then in a film another character can find Wanda and Agatha.
Perhaps America Chavez is on a mission to investigate something odd. As she approaches a cave system or something a bunch of witch-like magic happens. Subtle at first, stuck in an infinite loop, then magic beams or whatever.
Chavez “cheats” and just jumps to a boring universe, then back to the main universe. She can find a surprised Agatha who was protecting Wanda. Agatha prepares to attack and defend Wanda from some presumed threat. Wanda can reach out and explain things, explain Agatha for movie people.
Chavez does some multiverse magic. Maybe a cool battle to save Wanda in “hell” or wherever. Boom, a movie character, America Chavez, saves movie character, Wanda, and we get Agatha in the movies to help if we need.
