    Homer finds a pair of glasses. kissingers glasses too, I believe. Wearing them saves homers Job as Burns, whimsically going through security camera footage firing random people points to Homer with glasses on and says “hmmmm, better keep the egghead.”

      Excellent guess, in this case Homer is putting something into the toilet, not taking it out.
