I don’t know what’s up with the three commas.

The comma ellipsis has evolved among various internet communities (primarily xitter/tumblr, but also seen elsewhere) as a sort of sarcastic/comedic version of the “trailing off” of a period ellipsis.
Whenever I see , I instinctively feel like the whole document has lost any intellectual value, if it had any to begin with. That said… Will capitalize the next word on many smartphones.
I mean, given that it’s generally used for humor’s sake, I don’t think most people using the comma ellipsis are particularly worried about the intellectual value of their statement 🤷🏻♀️
I have never seen it with , but … is like a long pause, it can also mean that a quote has had a part cut off.
