I know they did a fat deranked at the beginning of the season but even after that it feels different. For the past year and a half I’ve been champ 1 and up in champ 2. Now I’m diamond 3 and I feel like I’m facing high D1 players and champ 1 feels like C2 players.

I don’t mind at all idc about rank but it’s just something I’ve noticed and wondering if anyone has also? Maybe I’m just playing shitty idk but D2/D3 before was very toxic with a mix of terrible and amazing people but it’s been very consistent now

I was at DII for a while. It definitely feels harder to stay at that level. I’m now hovering between PIII and DI.

Diamond 3 is pretty much equivalent to the trenches in terms of getting out of there. Every washed champ and every sweaty diamond is there, haha.

I would agree on previous seasons for 2s but not this one

Depends on the playlist, for me 3s playlist is just super hard and i can barely make it to diamond.

In 2s i can easily reach C1/C2 and still feel conformtable playing.

in 2s they adjusted more(about 2 ranks worth of MMR), in 3s it’s still feel pretty okay(1 rank). I just finished 3s placement today and landed back to C1d2~d3 area. So roughly where I was in C2 I guess. At least it plays like it. For 2s I lost all matches during placement and landed in D2? Then team up with a random to win almost all the way back to C1(I am currently 1 point away from promotion to Champ in 2s. ) So I think I improved a bit as I was at C2 and should be in lower D3 after the reset.

But yeah, as long as the match quality becomes better, I don’t really mind which rank I am in, I don’t use the season reward anyway.
