Yep. Also note that if you count solo missions + dailies + ranked, you get around 85 packs per set which is largely insufficient if you want to collect even 1 set fully without trading.

There is no reason the shinies and higher rarities are locked up when rn you trade cards of the same rarity. No secondary market from botted accounts would prop up as you would need the card of the equivalent rarity.
