Funny@sh.itjust.works•Dogs In Chornobyl are Mysteriously Turning Blue, But Radiation Is Not to Blame
2·2 months agoMy two dogs did this late yesterday. We occasionally throw our chickens eggs in there if the shell is cracked etc. The dogs smelled so bad it actually made me gag. I had to give them both a bath. I’m expecting the news vans any minute now.

Technology•Tesla reintroduces 'Mad Max' Full Self-Driving mode that breaks speed limitsEnglish
132·2 months agoThere’s a little more to it than that. They also need to consider that, in cars with an analogue speed dial, the actual speed is not displayed precisely. Plus, there may be minor discrepancies between the speed dial and the actual speed, which can be affected by non-standard tyres etc. So a small “buffer” in acceptable speeds is pretty reasonable.
I recall being told by someone at a Mitsubishi factory that car manufacturers actually intentionally set the speed dials to be slightly higher speed than reality to accommodate for people’s need to break the rules just a little…!

Against women’s rights. Against abortion (under any circumstances). Against EMPATHY of all things. The guy was fascist-lite at best. If that means he aligns with 90’s Democrats then I guess you agree that America has had a fascist problem for a long time.
If you’ve ever had a food obsessed dog you will have witnessed them going back to their food bowl some time after eating their dinner to give it another lick, just in case some food had materialised.
In our family, we believe there is a special bed time story, passed down from mother to puppy, of the Dog With the Magical Refilling Dinner Bowl. Puppies remember this story, and check their bowls every night, just in case they are lucky like the dog in the story.
In order to ensure the story lives on, for our dogs birthdays we will feed them, wait for them to finish and wander off, then quietly refill their bowls with another full dinner. Without fail, every time, our dogs will come back to their bowls and do an actual, comical, boggle-eyed double-take when they realise there is food in the bowl again.
At the time of my reply this post has only 14% upvotes, on this left leaning social space So, no, I don’t think “the left” are modern luddites. Unless of course you are an AI-bro or a crypto-bro (a nearly perfect circle Venn diagram), in which case yeah I can imagine you’d think that.
