@[email protected] This species tried to establish in New Zealand after it was accidentally introduced in 2010. It took three and a half years of hard work but the eradication was successful and our cabbages (and threatened native Lepidium species) are safe (at least from this butterfly—we still have Pieris rapae in abundance). https://www.beehive.govt.nz/release/great-white-butterfly-eradication-success
