Let’s see… the time he got an intergalactic STI after strict orders not to fraternize… then the time he broke the Prime Directive while in command on “late shift” by getting involved in an unaffiliated planet’s civil war. His reward should be a court martial.
I mean, Tom Paris is a convicted terrorist and has abducted and mutated his captain in order to have sex with her. Successfully. And that’s just who immediately springs to mind.
