The NRA declined get involved in the police shooting of Philando Castile who was licensed to carry his gun and who told the police he was legally carrying it. The NRA said it was because he also was in possession of Marijuana, which makes it illegal for him to have a gun.

Sure that I can’t say they wouldn’t, but they’re not the NRA type anymore. A large portion are not the racist assholes the NRA stands for now.
