The problem is that the christofascists have already won. The Supreme Court is filled with christofascist activist judges who will ignore precedent and rewrite settled law. Donald Trump is just a useful idiot to be disposed of once they have consolidated power. The left plays by the rules in a system that was setup to assume that everyone played by the rules. When you get a group like the christofascists who are willing to ignore the rules to destroy democracy and establish a christofascist autocracy you can’t beat them by playing by the rules. There is no constutional way to get rid of the Supreme Court because the christofascists have cheated and gerrymandered and voter suppressed to the point where the majority can’t gain enough seats to actually impeach them.
