As in, the only time he is allowed to die is when he himself kills him. But never fear, we shall bring him back - over and over and over again!
I’ve said it before, but I really hope they use him for the upcoming Academy show. Make him a holographic version of Headmaster O’Brien. At the end of DS9, he was slated to become Professor of Engineering, but we all know he’d work his way up quickly (and likely very painfully). So by the 32nd Century, they conjure up hol-O’Brien against his will to influence the young hearts and minds at Starfleet Academy. Program glitches and suffering hijinks ensue.
