A third of the cases heard this year are still undecided, including former President Donald Trump's claims about immunity from prosecution.

Term technically ends a week from tomorrow, Friday, 6/28.

Another case, related to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, questions the validity of obstruction charges brought against hundreds of people who took part in the insurrection

There’s also still an abortion case on the docket this year: whether doctors can provide that medical procedure in emergencies in states that banned abortion after the court overturned Roe v. Wade"
