minus-square@evidenceslink8•2 days agoWithin a week, but it’ll be a 10th amendment case or something that will work it’s way to SCOTUS and somehow they’ll use the case to rule OSHA’s existence is in violation of the 14th amendment.
Crazy that we didn’t have this already.
