Show me your shining alternative and I will vote. To be honest, you can’t fracture me. I’m voting D. But these moderates absolutely will be waivered like a fair weather fan. Plus the last two times in the 60s and 70s when we did this we lost heavily. A lot of people voted in the primaries. We just gonna say fuck you your majority vote doesn’t matter you aren’t getting Biden? Okay.

And I’m also gonna be real. If we somehow survive November, this is never going away. We’re going to have to physically fight the demostic terrorists at the Heritage Foundation and all over the right to rid ourselves of the spectre.

Did you know Biden is the first Dem incumbent to lose even just one state/territory in their primary since Jimmy Carter?

Like, you don’t think that maybe a candidate facing a challenge and then losing after pushing ahead anyways may be because only historically unpopular incumbents get challenged?

      Speaking of historically unpopular candidates…

Do you know the last incumbent to run with close to Biden’s approval 34% rating?

      Also Jimmy Carter

Do you know how Jimmy Carter’s second term went?

How about this. What’s the lowest approval rating an incumbent still got a second term with?

Do you know what that is?

Kamala has a better shot, and is the only realistic option the DNC would go with it

I don’t want her as president either. But we’re kind of fucking out of options.

I’d rather try what has a chance than just Laverne and Shirley it

I mean i agree, not thrilled with biden, but what do we do, ie, you and i? Almost no matter who is on the ballot, im voting D, tRump cannot happen. I want better options, it just feels like we are out if options and time now. The time to do something else was a while ago, and at this point is this discourse just sowing dissent which will lead to Rump? Would we be better served acknowledging we’re voting for biden and then coming up with plans of action after hes elected?

We would be, because what do you think the chances are of an 81 year old serving the rest of his term out? We’ll get Harris anyway. This infighting is accomplishing exactly nothing but driving fence sitters away.

Biden’s going to die in office anyways so why are people calling for him to step down?

                C’mon man…

You’re just making arguments for him to not be the candidate now.

This infighting is accomplishing exactly nothing but driving fence sitters away.

Which is why Biden needs to step down ASAP.

Like. You’re trying to play the “we need to unite” card, but you just want everyone to do what you want.

Biden can just act a quarter of his age and gracefully step down for the good of his country. He never should have been in the primary for 2024

You’re doing the exact same thing. Shouting for Biden to step down because its what you want. Thats like kind of the point of this whole thing. You want a new candidate so you dont give a fuck that a lot of people.voted for him. I digress, keep doing what you’re doing we’ll be as divided as ever.

                    You’re saying:

It has to be Biden and can be no one else

                    I’m saying:

Biden isnt going to be able to win, and almost anyone else can win

Presenting those two as the same is fucking ridiculous.

                    Like, Biden has a 34% approval rating…

He is like the second incumbent ever to not win 100% of his primary

                    He’s losing in national polls.

                    He’s losing in battleground polls.

States that have been blue for over 30 years, Biden is projected to lose.

Fucking everything is pointing to Biden losing

And you can’t give a single reason why Biden is better than anyone else.

He’s just who you want, and even tho you keep saying you’ll vote D regardless, it has to be Biden.

Almost no matter who is on the ballot, im voting D,

I hear that from literally everyone who says they’re voting Biden…

What’s weird is you all usually then say it has to be Biden.

              I just don’t get it

Why does it have to be Biden? It’s not the “no time” bullshit, the DNC is a private organization, they can change the rules so they can change the nominee literally whenever.

Do you have a valid reason it has to be Biden?

The primaries where we had a “choice” between Biden or… Dean Phillips?

No, the primaries that were cancelled in multiple states. With a complicit media that would platform even the most ridiculous challenger to Trump with a town hall, but would never mention Phillips, Williamson or RFK (and obviously, those are all terrible candidates to begin with, anyone with a chance was told not to run).

Dean was run out of politics for it too. He was removed from committee assignments for announcing the candidacy.
