I was able to see it on lemmy.world. Basically, the first time I try to access it I get an error. But if I reload, then I see it. I think I get the first error because no-one else had accessed it yet, and it takes this instance a couple seconds to get the info. I think other people on lemmy.world should be able to see it now without the error.
on Lemmy nothing is numbered except for rules 3a and 3b.
I think this varies by interface. On lemmy.world web interface using the default theme, I see all the rules numbered, though 3a and 3b are a bit out of place (moved too far to the left.)

I get blank pages for the .run in Summit and Boost, but I see it fine in a browser.
Both apps load the kbin.social just fine.
