I have no qualms about stepping forward as one of those periodic offenders.
Edit: Taking this moment to mention that occasionally I’ll make a post, but not be able to see it show up in Hot or Active for hours. For example, my turbolift meme from yesterday was the only post on c/tenforward from 10 hours prior, yet it wasn’t readily visible unless viewed through New (Frontpage or here) for 2 hours.
