Classical liberalism, contrary to liberal branches like social liberalism, looks more negatively on social policies, taxation and the state involvement in the lives of individuals, and it advocates deregulation.
Mind you I’m not saying the government is useless. I’m just saying there are some things that shouldn’t be regulated that are excessively stupidly regulated. There are other things that need more regulation. It’s a balancing act.

If anyone has both of those flags hanging at the same time, they don’t understand what the top one means.

I have seen three so far. All three of them had thin blue line bumper or window stickers.
The State ALLOWS YOU to have a license plate identifying you as someone who’s AGAINST THE FUCKING STATE!
