minus-squarebluGilllinkfedilink3•4 months agoEven in more traditional Mexican restaurants in the US where the staff obviously grew up in Mexico, if you ask right (in Spanish!) the staff will admit they don’t eat there because it isn’t authentic.
Depending on your definition of “Mexican” food.
