I don’t think this is real. He’s tattooing in her face and it’s not red or puffy or leaking a little blood. It looks like a healed tattoo.
Edit: He’s so doing the “wipe,” but her face is dry? And he has her doing this straight up? Not that you can’t, but I’d expect at least a chair for some head support.

tbh it looks like a temporary tattoo. it’s got that characteristic wrinkly texture
