So let me get this straight. Republicans can ignore subpoenas, Democrats can’t.

Steve Bannon was nit SecState. He wasn’t even part of the government
Then ask Pete Navarro or Mark Meadows.
They were out of government when subpoenas were issued. Gym Jordon wasn’t though.
Holding a contempt vote while they are in government is kind of pointless, because the DoJ is unlikely to prosecute its own.
Anyway let’s put it this way: in the past ten years only one Democrat has been found in contempt of Congress.
Yet that’s exactly what Republicans are doing here.
