They haven’t made a vr desktop that doesn’t make you puke yet afaik. I have tried ar glasses and they are close, but the pair I have are blurry. Either a manufacturing defect or I need glasses
You either buy the expensive prebuilt one (zero gravity chair or scorpion like gaming chair) or you could MacGyver it yourself using used kid hamster wheel from abandoned play ground near you.
I have been trying for years to figure out how I can get a screen on my face and a portable mouse and keyboard so I can work laying down.

If you’re a Linux person, there’s Simula and also Stardust.
I haven’t tested either, despite having a Vive. Just never bothered.
