This is more than I hoped. Smith rewrote the entire Indictment to align with SCOTUS ruling on immunity. Knowing no trial possible before the election, he prepared an expanded brief with redactions hoping it would be unsealed and published before the election. By making it public, it is a fait accompli - Trump can’t appeal its unsealing to SCOTUS and SCOTUS reach down and prevent its publication. This, along with Vance’s refusal to say Trump lost the 2020 election last night on national tv, will be highly impactful.

This will have absolutely zero impact.

Some said it wasn’t impactful when Çomey eported on his investigation of Hillary’s emails.

Legacy media is owned by like 5 billionaires who have a vested interest in sanewashing Trump . What I mean is that at this point I don’t think this will convince anyone who wasnt already convinced.

Who cares? What, are we supposed to give up because it won’t convince some people? This is about getting the facts to the american people since the legal system ratfucked everything possible to push this past the election.

Lead story tonight on network news.

IMO, the electorate has been frozen already save for 1-2% and that is a group that can make a difference.

I understand that you want to think that, but all political reporting currently happening is based on the premise that you’re wrong.
