Can I be a mod and get ride of KarmaBot since it seems like I am the only one posting? I also think I am not alone in the endeavor so we can get at the least a couple mods going on and make it more active

          Don, just make a new community. You’ll be the mod.

          AskingHistorians might be a good alternative name.
          Or maybe AskHistory.

          With the rate that you make posts it’ll take over the bot controlled comm in no time.

            I would suggest waiting a few days for the admins to pick this request up, they are usually quite cooperative for this kind of issues
