I don’t believe he uses a teleprompter. If he does, he must ignore it most of the time. There’s no way he’d sound as unintelligible as he does if he was using one.
I watched a lot of rallies recently. He usually starts reading off the teleprompter and then misreads a word or sentence, most of the times it seems because he doesn’t know the meaning. Then he goes off script and comes up with the weirdest stories to distract from it or claim he meant to say it.
Personally, I compare his rallies with the stories of his daily intelligence reports requiring colored pictures and his name in giant fonts to get him to pay attention, and i am forced to conclude that his teleprompters are actually just playing Tiktok videos of dogs in tutus or something.
