    Shotgun handles navigation and, as a result, gets music selection privileges. At most 2 vetos from the driver, so Tuvok needs to slow his role.

          The Driver Responsibility Accords of Zeta 2 Reticuli expressly prohibit pulling rank when it comes to road trip music vetoes. Commander Tuvok is in clear violation.
