One of the things you get with a Nintendo online subscription is a switch catalog full of a bunch of SNES and NES games for play on the switch.
Its probably against the Emulator’s License unless they built their own from scratch, and a Windows PC is actually pretty overkill.
I suspect they have their own emulators.
