    So if he didn’t lose the election, that means he’s already been elected president for 2 terms and is ineligible to run in 2024.

      He’s already “joked” about being allowed to run for 3 terms or more… The rules don’t apply to Trump, just everyone else.

      Oh, they’ll weasel their way around that. “He was elected but was not allowed to serve by those cheating Democrats, and the rule is a president can’t serve more than 2 terms” blah blah blah

        Actually the rule very clearly states that no one can be elected more than twice for the presidency.

        So looking at it from the Trump campaign’s perspective, assuming this is their official stance, they are running an illegal campaign to elect a president for a third time.

          That’s true, but I was implying that the Trump campaign will just claim the rule is “serve”, or claim “serve” was meant, not caring what the actual rule is.
